Schedule:
Happy Tails Doggie Day Camp is open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Payment:
Payment is cash or check only, please, due at the time of service. There are pre-payment options available as well. If you pay for a month of care with 3 or more days a week up front, you will receive a discount of 5%. If you would like to pay for 6 months up front you will receive a discount of 10%.
Referrals:
For every individual you refer who pays for daycare services you will receive one free day of care for your dog.
Requirements for Care:
There is a size limit of 35 lbs per dog. This is to ensure the safety of your dog as well as other guests.
Up to date vaccinations are required. This is also for the safety of your dog and other guests. A copy of current records must be presented prior to the stay of your dog. Dogs must also be potty trained and at least 4 months old. Treatments for fleas, such as Frontline, are also a must given the interaction with other dogs.
Behavioral Issues:
A “three-strike” policy is in effect at Happy Tails. I recognize that every dog will need some socialization training when introduced to a new environment and I am more than happy to work with your dog. However, if your dog has aggressive or destructive tendencies please be aware that he/she will be given 3 opportunities to improve the behavior. If after 3 visits we cannot work together to improve the problem behavior your dog will no longer be allowed at Happy Tails.
Late Pick-ups and Drop-offs:
The latest time to pick up your dog is 6:30 pm. For every 30 minutes after this time you will be charged an additional $5. The daily service fee applies no matter what time you drop your dog off; there is no pro-ration for later drop off times.
Feeding and Naps:
Please bring your dog’s food and beds or crates with them for the day. I will not have any dog food to provide them and it is best for their tummies to stick to their own diet.
